Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Moliya vazirligi va Davlat soliq qoʻmitasining 2002-yil 21-yanvardagi 19, 2002-20-sonli qarori bilan tasdiqlangan “Yer soligʻini hisoblab chiqarish va toʻlash tartibi toʻgʻrisida”gi yoʻriqnoma (2002-yil 27-mart, roʻyxat raqami 1118 — Meʼyoriy hujjatlar axborotnomasi, 2002-yil, 6-son; 2003-yil, 4-son) 22 bandining “g” kichik bandi oʻz kuchini yoʻqotgan deb hisoblansin.
